There are no additional charges for us to have the workshop at your venue, or if you come to our studio at Marymount (fits up to 15 pax)
We only need tables and chairs. Please arrange for groups of 4 kids to share 1 set of materials. We’ll lay plastic sheets on the tables so you only have to vacuum the floor after.
For above 10 kids, we need projector and screen. We’ll bring our own laptop and voice amplifier.
Lead time and finance
Email confirmation 3 weeks prior to event with estimated no. of pax
50% deposit 2 weeks prior with signed invoice and updated no. of pax
Final no. of pax to be informed 1 week prior
If actual turnout is lesser than quantity informed 1 week prior, we’ll still charge based on quantity informed
If actual turnout is more than quantity informed 1 week prior, we’ll tap on 3 buffer sets brought to every event and charge them at the same rate.
Cancellation and postponement policy
50% deposit forfeited
- Water daily
- At least 2-5 hrs/day under indirect sun e.g. next to a window or within 6″ under a grow light
- Semi shade eg office table works too
